For clothing, she’s partial to tank-tops and either shorts or skinny jeans, and she always wears the same pair of worn black converse high-tops.

General Personality: Slightly arrogant, but not in an annoying sort of way, Ella’s used to getting her way-- maybe not immediately, but eventually. She’s not quiet about her opinions-- if she thinks something needs saying, she says it, without really thinking if it’ll hurt someone’s feelings.
She’s very stubborn and can argue that the sky is purple and the sun is green if she wants to. Closely related but not entirely the same, she’s immensely defiant. It’s almost impossible to force her to do something.
Ella spends a lot of her time running, usually on the indoor track. She’s not really a straight-A student, but running is something she can do.
Quirks/Mannerisms: She’s very fidgety, always tapping her fingers or toes. When she’s under pressure or in deep thought, she bites the inside of her cheek.

General History: Born an only child to a single mother (her father left before she was born, and her mother never talked about him), she grew used to getting what she wanted, within reason.
She first discovered her power in third grade English class, when, needing more time to finish a test, she panicked wished that time would slow down. Lo and behold, when she next looked at the clock, it had stopped. She glanced around her and discovered that everyone else had frozen as well. Ella quickly filled in the rest of her test and willed time to start again.
In the summer before eleventh grade, Markswell contacted her, and told her all about his wonderful school for mutants. She’d never been referred to as a mutant, and it stung at first, but she got over it. Now, at the beginning of her junior year, she’s leaving her friends and moving to Markswell’s academy.
Power: Time manipulation
-General Description: She can speed up, slow down, rewind, or stop time, but she cannot jump forward in it. That would be time travel, which is not her jurisdiction.
-Strengths of Power(s) She never has to wait long (just fast-forward!) or misses an appointment (stop time!).
-Weaknesses of Power(s) Changing the flow of time for too long at once causes her to get a headache, and, if she ignores that, get sick.
