Small Town

Just a mile outside the large city lays a small town. Things here a quaint and quiet-- but it has a 95% mutant population. Using your powers here would be considered normal-- but mind you, the small police force here is also mutant, and they have Markswell on speed-dial, so don't get too crazy.

Small houses are lined up in perfect rows-- and this seems to be a town trapped in time. The technology and inside of the houses are modern, but everywhere else you look seems to be old-fashioned and right out of a picture book. There are many fine shops in the town-square, so if you have nothing else to do—go there and visit the fountain.
